Man Sues Employer After Falling One Story At Texas Construction Site.

A man from South Texas is suing his employer, H.E.S. Enterprises, after he fell one story at a jobsite and sustained significant personal injuries.

Mario Gonzalez, a resident of Houston, Texas, claims that it was H.E.S.’s fault that he fell. This was because H.E.S. allegedly failed to provide Gonzales with a safe work environment, failed to provide him with appropriate safety equipment, and failed to properly train and supervise its employees.

Gonzalez injured his right arm and struck his head in the fall.  In his complaint, Gonzales is seeking damages for past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, impairment, lost wages and pain, as well as punitive damages.

The construction site accident occurred on February 2, 2011, and the suit was filed on October 1, 2012.  A trial has not as of yet been scheduled.
