The Atlanta, Georgia Fire-Rescue and Atlanta Police are investigating a deadly accident involving a construction worker. The incident happened at a construction site in midtown Atlanta, Georgia. The victim JoJo Herlitz, 49 years-old, has been identified as the Batson Cook Construction worker who fell over 30 feet at the Masquerade Club located at 695 North Avenue.
